Your tasks:

will coordinate trainings and activities related to the program;
will maintain communication with program participants and initiative groups;
will assist in organizing events for participants;
will maintain documentation and reporting;
will facilitate the exchange of information between stakeholders and program partners;
will resolve organizational issues, helping participants to comfortably participate in events.

What we expect:

work experience in a relevant position - from 2 years;
residence in the Dnipropetrovsk region;
experience working with youth or in organizing events - an advantage;
excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly find a common language;
strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask;
experience in reporting and document management;
the ability to quickly solve problems and independently manage time;
proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Zoom, Google Meet.
