For several days, the youth of Kryvyi Rih had the opportunity to dive into the fundamentals of successful project management. The event brought together the proactive team from the Kryvyi Rih Youth Centre and active citizens who aspire to create change in their communities and turn ideas into reality.
The goal of the training was to teach young people the basics of project management, including:
🔹Generating ideas and turning them into real projects;
🔹Developing clear plans, budgets, and goals for the successful implementation of projects;
🔹Effective communication, presentation, and teamwork skills;
🔹Introducing tools for monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring sustainable project development;
🔹Building self-confidence in young people, the ability to overcome challenges, and develop their communities through project activities.
The event was attended by government officials, notably:
Farhad Farhadov, Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, who shared his thoughts on the importance of resilience initiatives for the future.
Serhii Miliutin, Deputy Mayor of Kryvyi Rih and Vice-President of the Assembly of European Regions (AER), who not only solemnly presented certificates to the participants of the "Project Management" and "Youth Worker" trainings, but also joined the discussion of the youth’s achievements, emphasizing the significance of their ideas for the community.
A pleasant surprise for everyone was the visit of special guests: a film crew from TF1, one of the largest national French media channels.
We thank all the participants, speakers, and partners for three days of inspiration, new knowledge, and ideas! Together, we are creating a powerful youth community, ready for the challenges of today.
New events and opportunities are ahead! Join our upcoming trainings to develop your skills and build a strong society.
