• 5 waves of UPSHIFT were implemented, involving 213 adolescents and young people, while 12,782 young individuals directly benefited from the projects.
• The total number of indirect beneficiaries reached 23,847, which is more than double the target (10,000).
• All teams successfully completed projects focused on ecology, psycho-emotional support, and the development of inclusive and creative spaces.
• 20 outreach sessions were conducted, reaching 580 young people in schools and communities across the region.
• 32 mentors were trained in the UPSHIFT methodology and group facilitation.
• In March 2024, a youth center was opened, serving 1,982 young people during its initial period and exceeding the target (1,500). The center operates stably, building an active community and attracting new visitors by organizing dozens of events: creative workshops, sessions with a psychologist, movie screenings, board games, a gender-themed "Reverse Day," sports events, lectures, interactive sessions, etc.
