Head of PR/Marketing Department

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication and promotion strategies on social media and in the media;
  • Manage a team of 5 SMM specialists (planning, goal-setting and task assignment, editing and feedback);
  • Create and apply a creative approach to youth-oriented content (photo and video production);
  • Prepare briefs for ad campaigns and collaborate with designers on visuals and materials;
  • Establish partnerships to promote NGO activities;
  • Ensure campaign effectiveness through clear KPIs (number of applications, audience reach, increased engagement in events);
  • Develop Calls to Action and creative solutions, and generate new campaign ideas with the team.

What we expect:

  • At least 2 years of experience in SMM, understanding of NGO specifics, working with media and writing press releases, plus running marketing campaigns for large events is required;
  • Experience with NGOs, in leadership roles, or in communications, journalism, marketing, or PR is a plus, as well as familiarity with graphic editors.
  • Strategic planning and small team management skills; ability to create social media content (texts, visuals);
  • Experience with analytics tools;
  • Knowledge of modern PR strategies, digital marketing tools, and media analytics;
  • Ability to work quickly and stay focused under deadlines;
  • Creativity and flexibility in problem-solving approaches;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a large team.
